  Put in an application for a property and was all moving forward with confidence, we negotiated price after asking if it would change our chances of getting the application approved at all, we were told it would not. One week later and still nothing from them even though we had called everyday and told it was ready to go just needed approval from the owner. Only to go online and see application approved. Called up and asked if it was our application and then we were told that there were 3 other applicants and we were not accepted. Absolute rubbish communication and no apologies.

  Very friendly staff who helped with any concerns/questions we had over our tenancy. And also helped to get the house leased again when we vacated earlier than expected
